330ml can, poured into pint shaker.
A: Golden, quite clear, small head which didn't hang around for too long, not much lacing.
S: Citrus fruits which were mainly orange, slight diacetyl, got a bit boozy towards the end.
T: Slightly fruity and tangy, a bit of malt but not too much going on.
M: Medium body, low carbonation, went down OK.
O: Not offensive, a bit bland but drinkable.

Pours a clear, golden coloration with a small, fizzy head and slightly visible carbonation. Smells of grainy malt and floral hops, with just a hint of fruity accents. Taste follows the nose, with with a decent balance of biscuity, grainy malt and floral, fruity hops, with hints of peach and citrus. Finishes with a very light bitterness and some floral hops lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light body and medium carbonation.
While this is pretty bland and a bit watery, there's really nothing offensive about it either. It's a pretty refreshing brew on a hot summer's day, actually, and while it doesn't have a lot of flavor to it, there are no obvious brewing flaws either. It's a basic thirst quencher with just some simple grainy malt and floral hops, with some very light fruity accents also noticeable. I mean, what do you expect for 0.65€ a can from Aldi? I'd happily drink this over any AAL I've had so far. However, since you can buy a sixpack of Maisel & Friend's IPA at just 0.35€ extra per bottle, the value for money aspect really doesn't hold enough water to make this a viable repeat purchase.
