It's called "Goldiges Ale"...no idea if this is in reference to goldigger girls who steal your money or not. And no mention of the German purity law that I can see. Seems to contain wheat and no hops, only extract. Not a good sign. Not sure about the relevance of the girl in the picture, she isn't even carrying any beer. I guess she is the gold digger or something. But I already paid for the beer, so why is she looking so happy, I'm not giving any to her.
Bubbly. Very faint aroma. Just a little banana from the wheat. Fortunately flavour is much better. Hops extract bitterness dominates, with some light banana. Creamy and smooth mouth feel. Aftertaste comes through subtely but is very subtle. So fairly simple mouth feel, but the smooth creaminess dominates.
Terrible aroma, but flavour and mouth feel are pretty good. Has a pretty German hop profile, reminds me of Krombacher a bit. Wheat isn't too prominent. Tastes smooth and totally ok. Not amazing, but pretty good in terms of global beer rankings.
