Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a stemmed lager glass.
Clear, medium amber colored body. Off white colored head. Leaves behind scattered spots and strings of lacing.
Aroma of toasted malt.
Taste is sweet, with a touch of alcohol. Flavors are malt driven, toasted and sharp. Remains malty in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth. Low bitterness. Good carbonation.
Sweet, malty, and with a sharp tanginess.

Really tasty - the style is well represented with classic European ales. I’m used to a bit more bubbles with this style and it sits a little flat in the glass. Still really flavorful and delicately balance.
