Had on tap at the brewery
On arrival a nice 2 fingers of pure, fine
white head was present with very nice retention. The body has a deeply golden, lightly hazy complexion.
Aroma is light, carries a slightly skunky hoppiness, and grainy character. It is almost making me think British pale ale. Pretty decent.
Taste follows the aroma, but that refreshing, slightly skunky hop character really takes over up front with a slight bitterness before giving way to a soft biscuity malt flavor. It does come off as a bit light but the lingering pleasant malt makes up for it.
The feel is soft but refreshing and easy to drink. The balance between hops and malt is very nice here.
Overall this is a very clean, mild, pale blond ale. It's a bit happier than what you might be used to in a blond but it's good.

L: Light yellow, transparent complexion. A finger of head on the pour with minimal lacing.
S: Floral and lemony with hints of white wine.
T: Just as expected from the nose. Citrusy with a floral finish. Aftertaste is sweet with lingering flavors of citrus, honeysuckle and white wine/green grapes.
F: light in body, medium in weight. Moderate carbonation and overall smooth feel.
O: A light and refreshing offering, bringing a nice balance of fruity/tart/bready sweetness to the table. I am very glad to try. Cheers!

It looks very much like apple juice, and even seems to have a bit of a malty apple smell to it. Taste is a nice mix of tart and sweet, a bit fruity but not overpowering. It does taste a little bit thin, but it's crisp and refreshing. There's just enough of a hop bitterness rounding out the taste to keep it from seeming bland. I would say the flavor is good. Overall a solid albeit unspectacular blonde ale. Certainly acceptable for the summer months, though it wouldn't be my first choice.
