Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a dark and murky brown with zero head. The nose is very mild, which is quite surprising. Getting a burnt brown sugar and toffee note. Not a bunch more. Maybe some bread and a hint of clove.
The taste is definitely interesting. The barrel appears here for sure. Still getting that clove note, along with brown sugar, raisins, and toffee. Some of the bourbon comes through here, along with a note of vanilla. Crème brulée is definitely there as well. Really nice.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a nice semi-sweet toffee/custard aftertaste.

Looks like this was canned in August 2022. It pours a slightly murky, amber tinted brown color with a short lived, smallish head. This is quite sweet overall and very satisfying. Lots of brown sugar dominates here, but I also get caramel, maple, vanilla, light booze, and a really nice lingering raisin note to close things out. The carbonation is light but the body is nicely sticky. Good stuff, thanks Tim!

16 oz Can from brewery. Dark amber with a light bubbly head. Sweet malts dominate the aroma and taste. Boozy notes, woody, hint of vanilla, but seemed like it could have used more time.
