Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a dark orange/red with zero head. Almost appears still, but I do see a few small bubbles. The nose is citrus peel, rhubarb, plums, caramel, raisins, very slight banana, and a solid layer of malts.
The taste is freaking awesome. I honestly wasn't expecting this based on the nose. Wow. Vibrant and bursting with flavor. Tons of caramel, bread, biscuits, raisins, figs, honey, plums, and slight maple. The banana from the nose does appear here as well. The high ABV is not noticeable at all. Scary! This is very enjoyable and I would love to get a few more cans!
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with bread and toffee on the aftertaste. A slight boozy note.

This is really nice, very sweet with well disguised heat. I certainly don't taste 15.6%!
Butterscotch pudding, sugar cookies, nilla wafers, creme brulee, plus faint figs and raisins. So many desserts all at once! There is some light bitterness at the edges helping keep this from being overly sweet. Good stuff, thanks again Tim!
