Brewed using hard red winter wheat that was grown along the Wasatch Front and malted by our friends at Solstice Malt in Salt Lake City.

Received in a trade with @NorsemanOne !
L- Hazy dark golden color with a thin head
S- Very light aroma of white sherry.
T- Quite bitter upfront then gives way to a white wine flavor.
F- Moderate mouthfeel with delicate carbonation.
O- Interesting. This is my first Wheatwine. This was good but seems to lack the depth and complexity of a Barleywine.

This is a pretty one, I love lumpy heads. This has a really nice delicate sweetness, honey and dried apricots come to mind. Light brown sugar and toffee as well. The body is lightly creamy. Really liking this take on a style that is hit or miss for me. Thanks as always Tim!

Poured from a can at just warmer than fridge temp. Pours a golden yellow with an inch of white head. The nose is really interested. Candied sugar, malts, toffee, apricots, and a bit of maple.
The taste is super smooth. Honey, malts, bread, toffee, light note of leather, grass, lemon, and apricot.
Very smooth and refreshing. Definitely would buy again. Perfect wheat wine for summer.
