Little Grey IPA is a hop-forward, aromatic American IPA, using a blend of pale and wheat maltswith Centennial, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Like the little boy this beer is named after, out Little Grey is one-of-a-kind and promised to be your new favorite IPA.

On tap at brewery:
Lean the amber side of a burnished gold, the yellowing head is between foam and whipped cream as it fully covers the brew. Lacing is in sheets most of the glass.
A lightly floral hop note adds to a more grainy malt base in the nose. The flavor is equally balanced, coming to me more as an APA than its more bitter brother, the AIPA. There’s a little more of a citrus lean to the floral hops, but the ever so lightly toasted grain has equal strength in the flavor. The buildup of a full glass does finally bring a light bitterness to the aftertaste of the last few sips.
I liked the beer as a moderate-bodied, fairly refreshing APA. It’s missing a bitter kick for my tastes as an IPA, but ignoring style, it was a tasty enough beer.
