Wilbur Perlick’s Guava Lime Sour is brewed with our base sour blend of Pilsner and wheat malts and hopped with German hops. We added guava and lime to this kettle sour making it tart and refreshing for spring.

On tap at brewery:
Very lightly hazed white gold with a nice head on it. A bit of lacing from that head sustainment for the pour.
The guava is the main component in the smell with a bit of the wheat/grain backing it up. The guava also opens the beer that resembles the nose decently well. A little lime is noted in the middle, but mostly in a light refreshing tang late.
Straightforward, light, and refreshing, this beer has a moderate tartness balanced by a slightly sweet malt profile.
