500ml bottle conditioned.
L: Murky (despite a careful pour), russet coloured with a huge, khaki head that collapses quickly to a ring.
S&T: Red berries, oxidised apple juice, sweet malt, alcohol.
F: Full body, smooth & oily mouthfeel with a lightly bitter finish.
O: A sweet winter warmer. Loads of flavour but one is sufficient. Would like more bitterness to balance the sweetness.
