Enormous amount of foam, which collapses quite quickly. Black, light brown foam. Smells highly roast, coffee, bitter, some sharp alcohol. Taste has a good bitterness, with lots of roast and lots of deep, dark chocolate. Hint of sweet treacle on the first hit. Heavy, intense, bittersweet.
