Poured an enormous stubborn head, 5 fingers is too much for almost anyone. Very smooth mouthfeel for a DIPA and apricot-heavy flavour. Bargain for 1.79 i paid in late 2023. ABV well hidden.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.4%. Moderately hazy deep golden to orange colour, huge white head. Moderate aroma, malts and a little fruitiness, hints of malt vinegar. The flavour is more malty than hoppy, with a slight vinegary acidity (probably not intended) - fair enough to drink, but quite different from the commercial description.

Certainly better than the average -sadly, (finding exceptional great craft ale by the can or bottle appears always less than easy! However, asides from being deceptively pretty strong at 7.4 %, this slightly fruity/sour offering from Scotland is an easy going, decently balanced offering worth a try.

Can. Opaque orange with an extra thick frothy head forming a meniscus above the rim of the glass.
Muted aroma of tropical fruits. Peach is most apparent.
The fruitiness continues into the flavour. A surprising tartness appears.
Full in body and somewhat cloying.
Described as a NEDIPA but far too bitter for that.

440ml can from Lidl (£1.99):
Bright orange/amber with a 0.5cm, foamy white head that covers the surface well with nice lacing on the sides. It's very slightly dank on the nose with mango, peach, citrus & pine hops to finish. The taste is quite tropical & juicy with a lot of mango, peach & pineapple coming through. It's fresh fresh & resinous with pine hop oils quite pronounced. There's a pleasant bitterness throughout & the balance is good with moderate carbonation & a tangy citrus finish.

Surprisingly hoppy punch! Crisp finish. Fruity, bursting with citrus, really nice IPA! I rate this highly! An absolute treat on a nice sunny day, with a BBQ blazing!

Canned in a big old tallboy crafty craft can and part of the Lidl beer festival
Pours a slightly hazy golden body with decent enough white head
Aroma is bristling acidic glucose with citrus edge
Flavour is mango and bits of passionfruit
