Half pour at brewery. Orange golden pour, milky, flat. Yeasty, savory aroma. Taste is Belgian yeast, coriander, orange peel, floral notes and light buttery aspects.

I really liked this beer! Best tripel I have had for a long time, and comparable to Tripel Karmeliet, just as an excellent beer.

Poured from draft into a half pint glass. Bright hazy yellow color with with nice white head and curtain lacing. Lemon and fresh fruit smell and taste. This beer is even refreshing! Rusty bitterness but sweet pears and apples. Herbal and floral notes, very multidimensional taste. Great spicy pepper flavor opens up with a bit of warming. Highly recommended!

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This VERY nice tripel
pours a luminous deep golden color with a nice head of white foam
that subsides to a thick frothy ring, thin light layer, and displays
some rather nice sudsy lacing. Nose of bubblegum, light pepper,
subtle Belgian spice, honey sweet candy malts. subtle breaded
notes, and light clove. Flavors follow the nose with a well balanced
tripel with candy malts touched with mild banana, light pepper, subtle clove,
light fresh breaded notes, bubble gum, and a balanced herbal hop note
on the rear. Excellent mouth feel; medium light and subtly fluffy carbonation,
smooth, lightly crisp, lightly warming, and a moderately crisp finish.

Overall, an excellent tripel from a brewery that is starting to turn my head
more and more!

Cheers
