From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This mighty nice
little imperial IPA pours a muddled chill hazed light amber with a
nice head of white foam that settles to a thin ring, thin light film,
and shows some spotty lacing. Nose of pine and heavy citrus notes
of grapefruit and pineapple with honey sweet malt mixed with herbal
notes. Flavors surpass the nose with honey and caramel malt backbone
with a bitter herbal and pine hop flavor that rides over layers of pink
grapefruit and pineapple with some lemon zest. Nice mouth feel; medium
body, light carbonation, and a bitter hop forward finish that is lightly
dry.

Overall, a solid little brew.
