Bitter bomb! US pale ale and cara-crystal wheat malts with Nugget and Chinook hops. Addition of local honey from Rodewald Honey.

Pours a darker amber color, with a 3 finger, off white head. The retention is quite good, and there's sme nice lacing on the glass.
The nose is slightly hoppy, but not much else.
Taste - Bitter, hoppy, and just a hint of sweetness in the flavor.
Feel - Full bodied, and the bitterness of the hops really linger in my throat.
This is a good IPA. Pleasure to drink it.
