I got a couple 12oz cans of this beer from a mixed 12pck that I bought from Woodman's in Onalaska, Wisconsin. The beer poured a hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle bitter pine and citrus hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp semi sweet malt base with bitter pine and subtle citrus hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

12oz can into a 12oz tulip glass.
L: Pours a slightly hazy golden caramel with good steady carbonation. It has a thin white head with sticky lacing and some broken banding.
S: Pineapple, caramel, light bread, apricot. Light alcohol as the beer warms.
T: Candy sweet hops, pear, cedar and pine resins, lime zest, tangerine. It is sticky sweet and alcohol is well masked. The hops spread out across the palate as the beer warms.
F: Clean, brisk and a rather deep medium-heavy bodied mouthfeel with a bold, medium-long soft, dank finish. It is moderately dry but not overly drying. It becomes more dry as the beer warms.
O: A fantastic tasting Triple IPA that is a sweet sipper and is a long, evolving taste journey. It is hop forward and does not have an alcohol taste despite it's higher ABV. It is very good in it's style.

5th TRIPle pours a slightly hazy color, with a small head. Aroma is sweet, a little earthy. Flavor is sweet, yet pretty danky, some notes of apple and earthy mixed in. Good body and feel. Overall, a pretty drinkable big IPA, sweeter, but still has some dank notes.
