Tap pour at the brewery. Served chilled in a snifter.
Amber brown colored body. Creamy off white head. Leaves behind some lacing webs.
Aroma is caramel malt, with just a hint of smoke.
Taste is toasted malt with a touch of smoke.
Thinner mouth feel. Dry finish, with some metallic notes. Good carbonation.
Decent lager but could use more smoke.

Rauchie De Bar pours a brown color with a larger, frothy head. The aroma is malty and earthy. The flavor is malty and earthy, with a hint of meat and the slightest hint of smoke. Good feel. Overall, a meaty beer, very, very light on the smoke.
