Raspberry Cheesecake pours a hazy, reddish, pinkish color with a cloudy, small head. The aroma is very sweet and sugary raspberry. The flavor is very tart, with lots of sugary raspberries up front. Good body and feel. Overall, a sweet and sour beer with noticeable raspberries, but I am not sure about the cheesecake notes.
