A Modest Proposal pours a dark brown color with a small head. The aroma is lovely, with chocolate powder notes and cream. The flavor is sticky, sweet, and dry chocolate powder and notes of sweet cream. Just a bit flat. Overall, very tasty, without being too many hints of tiramisu.
