32 oz. crowler purchased at the brewery on New Years Day 2022. Poured into a pilsner glass on 01/06/2022.
Golden straw in color with a bit of haze. Moderate head that reduces to a thin cap in about a minute. Not much lacing.
Light malt, floral aroma from the hops.
Taste follows the nose with less floral. Bittering doesn't overpower, balances the taste.
Carbonation is nice, almost crisp without being too effervescent. Combined with the balanced bitterness it clears the palate.
Overall, it's a pleasant 'regular beer' bordering on a lawnmower beer, good for warmer weather and/or with spicy seafood.
