It pours a hazy copper colored body. Medium off-white head with poor retention and little lacing.
It has a somewhat dusty aroma of roasted malts, rye, plum and marmelad.
It starts off sour and sweet, with taste of berries, bread and caramel, with roasted malts coming out particularly in the finish. Medium-bodied, lightly sour and lightly bitter.
A light, enjoyable red ale.
