A classic Pilsner in the Northern German style, just a bit dryer and bitterer than the southern cousins.
Pilsner stems from the Czech city of Pilsen, where this king of lager beers was invented in the I SOOs to end a revolt against bad local beer. A Bavarian brewer created a pale golden, delicately bittered lager. So good that it eventually became Europe's favorite beer. Like its ancestor, our Pilsner is crafted from noble hops and heirloom malts from prime acreage in Bavaria to shine in perfect balance.

it's got an odd funk to it, almost like a belgian but really kinda not good.

Her. You know. Years later, the one you still occasionally think about. Sure, she wasn’t the queen of the ball, and she barely got any time on the lacrosse team. But she was solid. So solid it almost scared you. And you let her get away because you were a bit young and still immature. And here, in Two Coast Pilsner, we have the one that got away.
