16oz can says “dry-hopped Pilsner.” Canned on 03/26/18, tasted on 04/05/18.
A: Pours a clear, slightly golden yellow with a white, large-bubble head that quickly dissipated and leaves no lacing.
S: Mainly graininess, maybe a hint of citrus from the hops.
T: Tastes like a straightforward Pils, clean with an emphasis on the grain. A bit of earthy/spicy hops on the finish.
M: Typical Pils, moderate carbonation.
O: Very sessionable. I didn’t know what to expect from the dry-hops, as the hop varieties aren’t listed on the can. To me it tastes like it was dry-hopped with noble or English hops, which is an interesting and unique choice.
