Clear amber brew with plenty of foam. Big citrus aroma. Clean and hugely hopped. Moderate sweetness and malty taste is pleasant followed by the very bitterness. Flavors of every kind of citrus with peach and then wet wood. On the acidic side but not like a NEIPA. But relentless bitterness. Not for the timid. Not for me either. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 4/29/25.
