L: Thick, frothy head that dissipates and leaves a solid 1/8 layer. Beer itself is a hazy orange with no noticeable solid sediment sinking to the bottom
S: Bright hoppy aroma with a light orange aftertone
T: Similar to smell. Very crisp, bright hops, with very little bitterness. Orange peel aftertaste.
F: Semi-light structure with a tight-foamy carbonation that thickens up right after sipping.
O: An excellent crisp ale, but not as bitter as I’ve heard oat ales are historically known to be. Very easy to drink, but still with a very prominent and lingering flavor, in a way that is very pleasing.
