I really like this beer. Akademia has been hitting it out of the park recently with their IPAs, and I think this one of their best yet. An interesting blend of hops, a lovely creamy mouthfeel, and a tasty flavor profile- herbal, grassy, tropical fruits, some savoriness, and a really nice hint of coconut that lasts into the long finish. Delicious!

Look - Opaque, golden. Fluffy white head, lasts quite a bit.
Smell - Citrusy, leafy. Not all that much to say.
Taste/Feel - Full bodied and creamy, savory umami lingers on the palette. Citrusy and grassy, vegetal but in a good way.
Overall - Another great IPA to add to the pile of masterful beers out there. Quite good, and packing quite the punch in terms of body and alcohol. This beer informs you on the can it's made with HBC 692 and Hallertau Blanc. I didn't get as much of the stated characteristics out of this beer, such as the wine grape notes, but it's still pretty tasty and fun to challenge your taste buds with if you want to see how these hops interact. Hard to go wrong with Akademia's beers, they're slowly becoming one of the top dogs in Georgia, and I feel that they're already close to being the best brewery in Athens at the moment.
