A brown beer with a big fluffy head.
Smell of candisugar and juniper. The juniper seems a yeast derived smell. The yeast also adds some non-defined spicy smells.
The taste is full of candisugar and has a juniper taste or at least a spicy and phenolic taste. The body of the beer is light which improves the drinkability. A very nice example of a Dubbel with a twist.
