A: The beer is hazy light brown in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that quickly dissipated. Some particles are visible floating in suspension; the beer got very cloudy when the yeast was poured from the bottom of the bottle.
S: Faint aromas of yeast and dark malts are present in the nose.
T: Light flavors of juniper berries stand out in the overall taste along with hints of toasted and chocolate malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a very interesting beer if you like juniper berries, although they aren't too strong. It kind of tastes like a hybrid between a Herbed/Spiced Beer and a Belgian Dark Ale.
