Slight haze in golden body, persistent thin head. Plenty of Nelson Sauvin notes in the aroma: Passionfruit, gooseberry, dry white grapes, a slight hint of grapefruit, and a little warmth. Rich taste, with a bit of resin, otherwise following the nose, plus a little spicy warmth not unlike the malt in a tripel. Very balanced flavour profile, not particularly bitter. A great showcase for Nelson Sauvin.
