500 ml bottle dated ? Lured into a tulip glass, a half finger of white head that quickly dissipated. Aroma of peach and mild sour. Taste is peach, pear, maybe slight cherry? Burnt my tongue on coffee this morning, so there is that. The mouthfeel is good, a medium amount of heft and a medium low level of carbonation. Did I mention peach? This is local sour worth trying.
