New York City Pilsner brewed with New York City water. A thoroughly local craft beer, clean and crisp with a distinctly New York attitude.

-straw yellow, clear can pour with almost no visible carbonation and a faint aroma of hay.
The flavor is very thin ( for the style), a slight woody hop note.
I love Pils. -this is not a favored brew.

On-tap at Citi Field, Flushing, NY
A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that slowly died down, but never completely faded away, leaving medium-sized patches of bubbles that covered most of the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of grassy malts along with notes of pilsener malts. The hops also contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and both clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the clean and crisp mouthfeel of this pilsener. It was very easy to drink and would pair well with a meal.
