A low gravity Gose-style ale fermented with Passionfruit puree. Tropical passionfruit dominates the aroma and flavor and is backed by a refreshing tart finish.

This is a phenomenal, well balanced, easy drinking gose. I stock this at home more than any other beer and it is great as one or for a session

Really balanced gose flavor with the perfect amount of passionfruit without being dominating. Better than anticipated.

On tap at Crafted art of the taco in Greensboro. Pours lightly hazy pale golden yellow, light pink color with a thin head with solid retention, spotty lacing, and good sized streaming carbonation for the cap. Aromas and flavors of tart/sour passion fruit, lemon, lime, green apple, pear, grape, Sea salt, wheat, bread, herbal, lacto funk. Moderate sourness, tartness, and fruit tang on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light body. Moderate lactic acid, some salinity, and light grainy malt in the mouthfeel. Crisp, clean, refreshing, drying finish. Some lingering acidity, with no puckering. Well made for the style with a nice level of passion fruit presence. No complaints

L: Had this beer on-tap at Brewmasters - Wilson, poured into a 10.5oz. stem glass. Had a golden yellow color and a clear consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Not a whole lot of lacing.

S: A very good aroma of passion fruit (of course), wheat, citrus fruit, and a little salt.

T: Tasted of a hint of wheat (very subtle), a lot of tropical fruit (the advertised passion fruit), a hint of salt (not a big element), and some citrus fruit (lemon, in particular). A light, sweet, and effervescent flavor. It's definitely sweet, but never cloyingly so. Quite fruity and easy to drink.

F: A well-carbonated beer with a vibrant finish. Light-bodied.

O: A good example of a session beer for the summer. Worth a try.
