Appearance: Clear pale gold, white fluffy head with moderate retention.
Aroma: citrus fruit all the way.
Taste: Semi sweet, citrusy & spicy hops, biscuity malt back bone. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, low carbonation. Drying.
Overall: Solid, old school American Pale Ale. Hoppy with citrus and spicy flavor and aroma. Leans bitter on the balance. Dry finish. Well crafted and exactly how an American Pale Ale should be.

Picked up a single from the Blue Door Bottleshop in Hendersonville 10-26-22 for $5.25. No canning date but was new to TBD; consumed 2-25-23.
Beer poured light chilled gold with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose is nice, notes of citrus and tropical fruits are prevalent.
Taste is a light pale malt base that displays hopping that lend orange, grapefruit, and passion fruit. Finishes perfectly balanced to the style guidelines; 5/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.
Overall this comes across as a new school pale ale brewing with hop bursting and ultra-light body. Nicely done!
