Italian-style pilsner. A collaboration with Blackberry Farm. This beer features Eraclea malt grown on the coast of Italy and is heartily dry-hopped with Mittelfruh. It's dry and bitter. Any Day Now, it's delicious, it's a miracle.

Pale, straw yellow body; coarse and very lively carbonation; thin and frothy head, lasting. Rich light grain aroma; subdued earthy herbal notes. Beautiful, gently toasted grain presence; very mild sweetness; light, earthy herbal backup; moderate to heavy hop bitterness that nicely complements the malt base. Medium body; gently warm; subtle mineral bite; not too sweet and finishes with a nice dry edge.
The appearance is weak although the head, while still thin, fills out to a creamier texture as the beer sits. But it is the taste and aroma that really pull this beer together. Yes, it has an overall lager lightness but the flavor and feel have a certain robustness that makes the beer better than your average pilsner. I have buyers remorse only because I only acquired two cans of this beer and not more...
