Appearance: Brilliantly clear amber. Off white head. Good retention
Aroma: spicy, floral. Toasty.
Flavor: spicy, sweet. Restrained bitterness.
Mouth feel: Full bodied. Medium length finish. Drying
Overall: this was a specialty beer made in collab with Ron Pattinson & Stan Hieronymus. Based on 1939 Henieken recipe. Had no idea where to classify it. It's an amber lager with Hallertau.
