Appearance: Cloudy, light copper, frothy white head, good retention.
Aroma: Herbal and grainy.
Flavor and aftertaste: Malty - grainy, herbal hops. Moderate to low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Drying. Moderate to low carbonation.
Overall: This one could almost be an ESB due to the relatively higher ABV & bitterness. Unfiltered cloudy light copper look. Pours to a good head and keeps it nicely. Aroma is decidedly malty - primarily grainy. Hops are herbal and spicy. Mild aroma but strong on the flavor. It has a moderate bitterness. Drinks nicely. Overall a little more aggressive than most OB.
