Appearance: Slightly hazy, pale gold. Frothy white head with good retention
Aroma: Bready malt, floral hops
Flavor: Bready, Spicy with moderate to low bitterness. Dry.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light bodied. Moderately carbonated. Drying.
Overall: This is a collaboration with Horus Ale. First class Czech style pale lager. Clean fermentation profile. Bready with spicy notes from Saaz hops. Appropriate level bitterness that lingers just a tad, but not too long. Crisp and drying start to finish. At 4.4% ABV, lends itself well to a sessionable beer. Good Word Brewing knocks these out of the park. Excellent brewery.
