Czech-style “half dark” lager. Wayermann Vienna malt and two specialty malts. Saab hops at first wort and later in the boil. Three decoctions on this beer, wherein a portion of the mash was separated and boiled for 25 minutes. We believe this step adds a malt characteristic that cannot be replicated.
