Appearance: Clear bright gold, fluffy white head with good retention
Aroma: Floral, spicy, and bready.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Spicy hops, bread grains. Moderate to low bitterness. Balanced.
Mouth feel: Medium bodied. Soft with a drying finish. Moderate to low carbonation.
Overall: Excellent rendition of kolsch style. All components are well balanced: hops, malts, sweetness and bitterness. None overpower the others. Soft on the palate with a dry finish. Has the characteristic grainy malt flavor that I like in many versions of this style. One of the better Kolsch style beers made in Georgia. Well crafted.
