What can we say, we love corn, and we used it in this beer as well. A nod to the classic hoppy lager style.

A: Pours a medium to dark copper in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate amounts of amber + mahogany + reddish brown + burnt orange colored highlights
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of biscuit + toasted + grainy malts with moderate amounts of corn adjuncts and a light amount of grainy + corn sweetness. Moderate aromas of spicy + herbal + earthy hops. Light aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of biscuit + toasted + grainy malts with moderate amounts of corn adjuncts and a light amount of grainy + corn sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are moderate flavors of spicy + herbal + earthy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers for a moderate amount of time slowly fading away and leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with moderate amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasant crisp + dry mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a nice malt backbone and good hop profile.

Appearance: cloudy saddle brown, frothy white head, good retention.
Aroma: Hoppy, light herbal and earthy
Flavor: sweet malt on front end. Spicy hops with moderate bitterness.
Overall: Nailed the hoppy character using Liberty, Nugget, Columbus, cluster and Cascade. Bitter on balance. Malt is a little over shadowed by hops. Dry crisp finish
