Appearance: Amber, frothy white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: Initial fruity note followed by earthy/grassy note.
Flavor: Semi-sweet malt backbone, bready with a little grainy note. Earthy/grassy hops flavor. Low to moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied. Semi-dry. Medium finish with trailing bitterness.
Overall: Very nice English style Best Bitter. Like the low ABV. Drinks light and easy with appropriate bitterness. Good Word Brewing will have this on cask from time to time. If so, be sure to try it. Even better on cask.
