Appearance: Clear pale gold. Fluffy white head with moderate retention. Fast rising bubbles.
Aroma: Floral hops and grainy malt.
Flavor: Low sweetness, spicy hops and grainy malt. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, drying, crisp and clean.
Overall: Good looking beer but the head retention was not lengthy. Adheres well to style: floral/spicy hops and grainy, doughy malt. Malty on the front end and quickly gives way to spicy hops character. Drying start to finish. Clean fermentation profile. Bitterness lingers into the finish but not offensively so. Very good example of German pils. Recommended if on tap.
