Appearance: Dark brown. No head. No visible carbonation.
Aroma: Sweet. Caramel, toffee, dark fruit. No alcohol.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Sweet caramel, toffee and dark fruits. Low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, slick and sticky. Long finish.
Overall: Solid. Alcohol is very well hidden. Yes, it's sweet but rolls right up to the line next to cloying. Eight ounces is a perfect pour size. This is very young. Bottled Oct/Nov 2024.
