Picked up a 16 oz single from the Hot Spot cooler on NC-63 on 4-12-25 for $4.59. Undated can consumed 5-25-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured gold with a very nice white head with the initial pour.
Nose has hints of earthy and floral hops and some white bread from the German malts.
Taste is really nice; malt base is slightly sweet but in the end the flavor is white bread. Hopping is nice, getting some peppercorn and an ever so slight touch of banana in the back-end aspirations. Finishes balanced with a nice little pepper zing; 5/10 on my bitterness scale. Mouthfeel is light bodied and refreshing.
Overall, you can always count on brewer Todd and his team to give you a very good lager!
