Draft version
Appearance: Clear, brilliant gold. Big frothy white head with great retention . Note: poured with a side pull tap.
Aroma: Bready and spicy.
Flavor: Bready and spicy. Low sweetness. Moderate to low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, semi-dry finish.
Overall: Precisely what you look for in a high quality Bohemian Pils. Made even better with the side pull tap. This drink and looks a lot like a Pilsner Urquell. Just little less bitterness and minus the notable diacetyl. Talked with the brewer about it and he intentionally made it without the notable diacetyl when many try to imitate PU with it. Regardless, this is an excellent version of a premium Czech Lager. Well crafted.
