Appearance: Hazy, gold color. Frothy white head with good retention.
Aroma: Herbal and earthy.
Flavor and Aftertaste: Bread, spicy, herbal, and bitter. Low sweetness. Moderate to high bitterness.
Mouth feel: Soft, medium bodied, drying, short finish
Overall: Rich malty pale lager that has a soft mouthfeel. Quite hoppy, with herbal/spicy and earthy notes. This beer has quite a bitter kick that lingers well into the aftertaste. This beer has level of bitterness that I don't always enjoy but it is quite on spec for the style.
