Man, what an awesome lager. Italian/German style zwickelbier hybrid, with Italian Pilsner malt, rye and spelt. Super fluffy white head that lasts forever, honey, slight rye grainy spice, hay, slightly woody and floral hops, nuanced, ultra crushable. Highly recommended.
