Hold The Cream, Coffee Sour Ale with Lactose: We took our golden sour ale and recirculated it through 30 pounds of Burundian Coffee from our friends at Indah Coffee. A pleasant roasted aroma dominates with hints of vanilla and hazelnut. The coffee, as well as a light sweetness from the addition of lactose, balances the acidity and lends a smooth finish.
