This one pours a creamy looking dark brown color, with a small white head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like dark chocolate, rye, bready malt, grapefruit, and pine.
This has a great creamy flavor to it, with a creamy bitter chocolate note running through the beer. There's some nice roast, caramel, and breadiness, with a significant hop character- dank and piney.
This is medium bodied, creamy and rich, with a good level of carbonation. It's very drinkable.
Hoppy brown ales don't always work well, but luckily, this one does.
