On tap at Fifth Frame Brewing Co in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a murky dark reddish color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This doesn't smell a whole lot like an IPA, but I do get sweet dark cherries, vanilla and cake frosting, and a sweet breadiness that's probably the waffle cones.
This is quite sweet, a little bit too much so, but that's definitely not a surprise, given the pastryboi theme of this Sundae IPA series. There's lots of vanilla, with a big sweet cherry thing too, and no real discernible IPA characteristics. I like it, for the most part, but it does seem a little excessive.
This is medium bodied, fairly crisp, and decently drinkable, with a typical level of carbonation.
This is a little too sweet but it's still fairly enjoyable.
